A 35'6" 2010 Jayco Eagle 324 BHDS bunkhouse travel trailer, remodeled in 2023 and set up for comfortable full-time living. It's currently parked in Del Valle, TX — ready to live in as-is or tow wherever you want it.
The rear bunkhouse was converted into a home office with an expanded pantry and an all-in-one washer/dryer under the desk. The top storage in the back room was originally a bunk bed and can easily be converted back to a sleeping bunk with a mattress — a genuine plus for families.
Why I'm selling: After getting married, I moved into my wife's RV. She's now dealing with chronic health issues, and unfortunately we have to let this one go to help pay for her care.
This trailer was my full-time home, and it's a genuinely affordable way to live: no mortgage, low overhead, and everything you need in 35 feet — a real kitchen, a washer/dryer, a dedicated office, and room for family. Park it near work, near school, or somewhere quiet.
